1. The Service
Onnax Tools provides free, browser-based utilities for working with files ("Tools"). All processing occurs locally in your browser; we do not receive your files. The Tools are provided for lawful personal and commercial use.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Tools to process content that is illegal, infringes intellectual-property rights, or that you do not have permission to modify (for example, removing protection from documents you do not own). You are solely responsible for the files you process and the results you produce.
3. Intellectual Property
Your files and the outputs you create belong to you. The Site's design, text, code and branding belong to Onnax Tools or its licensors. The Tools rely on open-source libraries used under their respective licenses.
4. No Warranty
The Site and Tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that results will be error-free. Always keep a copy of your original files.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onnax Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or any loss of data, profits or business, arising from use of the Site β even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $10.
6. Third-Party Services
Pages may load libraries from third-party CDNs and display advertising served by third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any Tool at any time without notice, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law of the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
