Because all file processing happens in users' own browsers, we do not host, store or distribute user files or user-generated content β there is no user content on our servers to take down. This policy therefore applies to the Site's own pages and content.
Filing a Notice
If you believe content published on our website itself (page text, images, articles) infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@onnax.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- The URL on tools.onnax.com where the allegedly infringing material appears;
- Your name, address, email and telephone number;
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notices
If material you published was removed due to a notice and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice with equivalent identifying information and a consent to jurisdiction statement.
